At our March 20th General Membership Meeting we highlighted a project in Howard, South Dakota that is in the process of being LEED Platinum certified - the Maroney Commons. Below are links to a few short videos covering this project. Maroney Commons is the proud recipient of EPA's 2011 National Award for Smart Growth Acheivement. This is a huge accomplishment as this is the first rural project to receive this award, ever. Kudos to everyone involved with this project!
